Formerly as Social Media Insights Supervisor and later Campaign Measurement Lead at Philip Morris International in Lausanne, Switzerland, I was part of the Reduced Risk Products (IQOS) department, for the purpose of creating a smoke-free future. Prior to Switzerland, I was an Analytics Manager at In the Company of Huskies in Dublin, Ireland, where I established the agency's analytics discipline by integrating qualitative research into new business pitches and embedding analytics insights in digital content optimization with community management, paid social media, and project management.
A founding member in the (Marketing Intelligence) Analytics team at Big Spaceship in New York, I worked closely with clients, digital/content strategists, community managers, and designers to design measurement frameworks that could effectively evaluate digital media content performance in reporting and per ad hoc requests. Using native platform analytics and social listening tools, I researched for pitches, campaigns, and evergreen content and helped create brand strategy made with data and human insights. Google Analytics and Google AdWords certified, I've also worked with UX designers and technologists on website redesign and rebuild projects.
