Visit Dublin

Ireland's official tourism bureau, Fáilte Ireland's tourism program, Visit Dublin, wants to understand visitors' negative city experience and perception of value for money, in order to optimize its long-term business strategy and recommendation for trade partners. A social listening project kicks off by mapping two consumer journeys along the planning phase and the actual visit. The importance of different topics are determined by sampling size and then prioritized with actionable business recommendations.
